Le really makes me cozy!!!!!! First time here, but keep going to nail spa for many years in other nail spa. Cozy crazy, this is the best nail spa ever in the all nail spa that I have been. The man whose name is Le did a really good job, excellent skill, friendly attitudes, tons of patience. He did a pedicure for me. My toe has never been so clean before and he did very gently to my toe without any hurt. Someone else from other nail spa made me bleeding, which makes toe very sensitive. Definitely gonna go back and only COZY in the rest of my life.

The guy who did my nails was nice but didn’t listen- I asked for him to not cut my toes and to file a little bit- he cut them and filed them to the vey core so much that my toes were bruised and red. I was unimpressed with everything outside the pedicure as well.

They are super friendly, really kind and overall awesome artists. If there is something you aren’t happy with, the nail artists are incredibly accommodating and genuinely care about making you happy. Min is wonderful. I have had chair massages performed by Min 3 times, they are the best chair massages I have experienced. I have taken 3 friends to Cozy, they all had chair massages performed by either Min or Tony and they were so amazed by the excellence of the massages!

Very clean, organized and bright. Up to date products and machines. Staff was nice! My only suggestion is to not answer a cell phone while taking care of a guest. I’ll definitely be returning for a pedicure next!

TERRIBLE! She stabbed her nail into the sides of my nail so hard, was SO rough with file and buff was slamming the buff down on my nail in opposite direction. I’m a PROFESIONAL NAIL ARTIST and she did SO MANY THINGS WRONG. the gel lamp BURNED LIKE NOTHING IVE EVER FELT WICH IS NOT NORMAL. then she charged 120$ for 2 colors and a terrible design!!! The shape is awful and was supposed to be an alien nail but the design is way off the side and not centered.
