I expended my search and found Cozy in Cary and decided to try it. I’m a bit difficult to please, I know this about myself, and if you’re anything like me you’d have potentially skipped going in because it’s next to a 7-11 in a strip mall.I almost did, but something told me it be the best massage I’ve had in years, and to be honest it was probably the best massage I’ve had period.The place was super clean, and comfortable. The only con is the local ambient noise, but you’ll get that anywhere. Not their fault.5/5 stars – all day!Thank you for an amazing massage Linda, you were very professional, and proficient! Called around to local corporate places near me in Crystal lake, and everyone was either over priced and or booked. I expended my search and found Cozy in Cary and decided to try it. I’m a bit difficult to please, I know this about myself, and if you’re anything like me you’d have potentially skipped going in because it’s next to a 7-11 in a strip mall.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy legs and back have been incredibly tight the past few weeks. I saw the reviews for this place and thought why not. I’m so glad I stopped by. Got a 60 minute deep tissue and it was so awesome and relaxing. Just what I needed. Left feeling like I was wrapped in a cloud. Highly recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismBooked a 90 minute massage. I was excited to try this place due to the great reviews on google. They were running about 10 mins late, which was understandable. When the lady checked me in, she asked me twice if I booked 90 mins and had an unpleasant reaction so I asked if there was a problem and she said no. You’re asked to pay first which was $100 I charged to my card and did not add tip pending quality of service. She did a great job so I gave her $100 and asked her to give me $75 back, $25 tip which I thought was generous enough, more than the 20%, even though she was not pleasant. She actually asked me for more and asked for $30! I was shocked, but said yes. I’ve never had this experience and thought that it was greedy.Bathroom was dirty. Comments in google mention that the room is clean. To that I say, it’s dark in the room so you can’t really tell if it’s clean or not.Shocking experience and will not be going back.Booked a 90 minute massage. When the lady checked me in, she asked me twice if I booked 90 mins and had an unpleasant reaction so I asked if there was a problem and she said no. I drove 45 mins there for them to tell me they are busy and need to turn me away. Not very professional at all. Don’t make appts over the phone and then waste my time.
