I used Charlene at Cowlicks. She was amazing. Probably one of the best haircuts i have had in a very long time. She waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job on them as well. Turned out just the way i like them. She was very friendly and accomidating both times i visited there. The Only thing i didnt like is she is cash only but now that i know i can plan ahead. I have reccomended this place to several ppl.

Never answer their phone!!!! I leave a message and STILL no call back. Its 316 in the afternoon and says close at 6…???? I left my message around 145 so have had plenty of time to call me back. Took my son in to get a haircut and I’m sorry to say the customer service was terrible. I asked if they did walk-ins and they acted like they didn’t want the business and were giving me excuses on what was going on. They asked one of their employees if they could cut his hair as she sat there on her cell phone finally answering no not yet. We left and won’t be back.
