So finally I called Cowlick and Curls. Mrs. Sierra answered and I made an appointment the same day. Love my new hair dresser. I had a great experience with Sierra. I’m new to the area. Tried calling several places to make an appointment and no one would answer their phones. So finally I called Cowlick and Curls. Mrs. Sierra answered and I made an appointment the same day. Love my new hair dresser. I had a great experience with Sierra. She was very friendly and I love my new hair cut and eyebrow waxing. Tonya had been doing my hair for over a year, went yesterday for a TRIM and my bangs are jacked up. Carelessness! Not paying attention to what she was doing and in to big of a hurry. When I asked why they were so short she replied I was trying to make them edgy. Not what I asked for. And she acted like she didn’t care. It’s not just the fact they are to short for what I asked to be done but they are also not straight nor do they blend with the rest of my hair. Now I have to find someone willing to try and correct her mistake. Really unhappy with my cut. Will not be back and Will not recommend to anyone.
