The nail tech did a nice job on my nails, but the weirdest thing is that they don’t have those nail drying stations, so I had to sit there for an hour and still left with tacky nails, so I was there for a regular manicure for about an hour. I wasn’t offered a beverage and the online proce was different than what they actually charged me. Online a regular manicure is $15, but I ended up paying $20 before tip.

Really depends on the tech! First time there it was great I should of reviewed that tech and she would of been a 5 star! I went the second time same day of the week and around the same time so it wasn’t busy. Terrible!!!!! she cut my nails very short and not straight. The polish was a terrible job on my hands and the whole thing seemed rushed even know there was no one waiting for service. The pedicure was average and rushed too. Didn’t offer anything to drink and said probably 6 words to me the whole time. I think maybe she was listening to earbuds I really don’t know! The paint on my finger nails are already chipping! I would of given a 1 star but the 1st time was so great. If you get a good tech get there name and stick with them two completely different experiences.

Definitely not going back, not even for free. My nails looked worse than when I went in. They rushed through as if I was taking their relax time. Did i mention there was no customers when i entered. Terrible filing left my nails with jagged edges. They lotioned and oiled my feet then just wiped with a dry towel. I left with slippery feet. Not worth a dime in service.

I asked for rounded nails and she made them pointy and odd shaped….she missed dipping certain areas. Also, whatever happened to nail salons offering you a water? No hand massage either….. if you’re looking for a quick manicure that looks terrible with no extras this is the best place. Manicure

Leaving one star is to generous for this place. Not only did the person make my wife’s nails longer than she wanted, even after saying that they are to long and ignored my wife. Then the person yells at my wife for not following directions when there were no directions given all because the person wanted to leave early to go home. Completely ridiculous this establishment is.

My nail technician might have been in a hurry, only explanation I can come up with for such obvious terrible work. I tried to be kind but she didn’t even pretend to pay attention to what I wanted. I had to take my hand away at one point as I had asked over and over to not file or shape my nails, they had already been done. But she kept going until I physically removed my hand. She took off some of my existing polish but left a complete mess. She then applied a base coat over the existing mess. I’ve been a customer for a year, most of the time I have an appointment and I have to wait for at least 30 mins! the polish sometimes went down after 2 or 3 days in some nails.

I made a appointment with Vi because I seen some rave reviews on FB about her fabulous work! I was greeted and taken promptly even though I was early for my appointment. She was very friendly and professional. She listened attentively to what I wanted and delivered. I was extremely happy with her work. I strongly recommend her! The nail shop was a nice size. It was very clean and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. I was also offered a beverage a couple times. Great experience! I am making it my new nail spot!

Most of the pictures posted by owner are not work of their own which is honestly PLAGIARISM especially if most designs posted cannot even be replicated. My nails turned out OKAY and I had PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE but the only reason I came here is because the posted pictures looked AMAZING and what I received was far from. I couldn’t even have what I wanted done originally because they posted a picture of a design they literally don’t even have the materials for. To top it off, I had crosses painted on my nails which is highly assumptious. I can almost guarantee I will not return.
