I had an awful experience here. My hair is so bad after getting colored and trimmed here. I am embarrassed to wear my hair down in public. I asked for a pretty simple hair color and left with my hair poorly styled and colored. I have an orange piece of hair by my face and splotchy brown/red pieces in my hair. I wanted a simple balayage on my already dirty blond hair. I left with brown stain all over my forehead and temple. After washing my hair she added no products in (leave in conditioner, heat protectant) and then she tried to curl it with a straightener while my hair was smoking. When I got home I tried to shower to hopefully lighten up the bad color job. Then when I called to tell her my concerns (which I have never done at any business, I have terrible anxiety and hate confrontation) she first tried telling me it was my fault for washing my hair and that’s why it was splotchy and orange. I ended up coming back into the shop where her and the nail gal talked over me and tried to make excuses, while they were both almost trying to convince me it wasn’t messed up. I told her I didn’t want a full refund but that I would have really appreciated a partial refund, considering I would have to go somewhere and have it fixed. She told me “oh I can’t give you a refund.” She then offered to bleach it more but I told her I wasn’t really comfortable having her work on my hair any longer. I walked out and as I went out the door she yelled out a very fake “sorry”. Anyone would be better of trying to color their hair at home rather than going here. Save yourself the tears and pick another place to get your hair done.

It’s very nice establishment the only thing is when getting your eyebrows waxed they use old fashioned strips which takes a toll on your face afterwards

My experience was awful… don’t get me wrong the people are very nice but my hair is now ruined. They didn’t do my hair how I wanted it, I was going for a blonde with light brown highlights for my roots and now my hair is black, blue, and white :”( and my hair severely damaged, pretty much lost half of my hair. It use to be so thick, now it is simply dead.
