What an amazing first experience! I have changed solons and I chose this place out of convenience since it is so close to home, and I am so glad I did! The $40 (middle range) pedicure was amazing. The massage was a perfect amount of time, and very relaxing. I like very natural/neutral nails, nothing fancy, and she did perfectly. I also saw several employees working on young people having their nails done, and while it’s not my style, the nails they were doing looked PERFECT. Basically painting works of art on each nail. It was very impressive. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience!! I waited about 20 minutes because I didn’t have an appointment. Got a set of almond acrylic nails for $70. Nice staff, great environment. Whole thing took about an hour, definitely coming back!

Friendly staff but not worth it to book an appointment. They still accommodated us but took people in between. They do quality work. I just did a pedicure and they did a nice job. I wish they would show you a break down of prices and had more options with regular polish. Seems like all they offer or only push gel. Which, of course, costs more money.

I have been here at least 10 times. About 50% of the time I leave and have to come back because something was wrong with my nails. I kept going back because they were nice and more than happy to fix whatever needed fixing. However, the most recent time I went I had gotten a pedicure and paid extra for their most expensive one. The experience was good, had a nice massage, however she never used the hot stones that are included in the package I got. I did notice the actual pedicure part was very quick, she didn’t use acetone on my nails before painting after putting on oils/lotions during the massage. All the polish ended up peeling off in one piece about 2 weeks later. Usually my gel pedicures last several months and end up growing out before the polish ever peels/chips off. They moved to preferring payment in cash and when I went to pay I had mostly $20s and a few 1s. My total was $55 and I gave her $80 and told her I would tip her from my change. She returned with my change of $5. I am all for tipping appropriately for a service provided to me and I almost never tip less than 20% and tip more for good service. However this person tipped HERSELF almost 40%. I honestly cannot get over the fact that she had the audacity to tip herself, especially in the amount she did. No amount of friendliness will make me return after that.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. just came in to get my acrylic nails off and the service was painful. she used the fake nails tips to dig under my nail to pop off the dip powder. it was extremely painful and unbearable which she did on about 5 of my nails. the other nails that she couldn’t do she used the drill to take it off. she would use it for a long time to the point it became burning hot on my nail. the only time she would stop was when i flinched. never going there again!

my nails weren’t shaped evenly, i got home and fixed them myself. i’ve noticed that after day 2, my gel polish begins to bubble up and lifts off. they rush the service. i’m gonna start going to a different nail salon. i don’t want to waste my time or money. Pedicure, Gel manicures
