If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. listen it’s my fault for staying after seeing how dirty it was but I felt committed for this pedicure. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.. honestly the nails came out okay but it was not relaxing.. and for $47.. you expect to be a little relaxed.

After reading the reviews, how is this owner still in business? The owner is a Karen who harasses customers for leaving negative reviews. He cannot take and learn from criticism. He shouldn’t be in the service industry. The owner is right about one thing, you can’t fix stupid, and he is proof. I can’t wait for you to “disqualify my review” too, lol.

I loved it I found a design online and they made it look even better nice environment lovely employees…that was my review from long ago. Now I wouldn’t give it five stars. I went it to get my nails done with my sister in law. I had gone to a different nail shop before due to being out of town. When I asked for my design i couldn’t tell if she understood me so I repeated myself multiple times. She then said she couldn’t do the design without redoing my nails I said ok then we can do something different. She then proceeds to clip my nail!!!for no reason and tells me I have to pay full price for a full new set. Will NEVER GO BACK I’ve tried reaching out to Thai to settle this and get no answer or rude replies.
