The place was clean, bright, excellent atmosphere, not overly crowded or loud. Price was way more than reasonable, in my opinion. Love the atmosphere, decor, and the staff I’ve met so far. (During COVID times, not everyone is there at once…which I assume is not the norm.) I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but, that quickly changed when I saw the finished product on the lady before me! “I want THAT!” Lol. I was expecting a few hours, but the look I wanted ended up being more of a project. Kim never seemed put off or annoyed with the extra time it took. I felt welcome the whole time. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back for another creation :)!
