Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to do my gel manicure and the lady who did it was very aggressive! She was doing my nails like she’s doing a favor to me for free. I was afraid to ask her something because she was yelling at me. I said are u tired so she understood that she’s behaving rude and answered me : Of course I’m tired!!!! And they were talking to the other lady very loud in their language and the other lady was in the other corner. And I didn’t like my nails at the end, they were looking like I did it a week ago! I didn’t complained because I wanted to get out from there ASAP! And they all were old, I guess no patience for this job anymore. I went to do my gel manicure and the lady who did it was very aggressive! She was doing my nails like she’s doing a favor to me for free. I was afraid to ask her something because she was yelling at me. I said are u tired so she understood that she’s behaving rude and answered me : Of course I’m tired!!!! What seemed to be excellent customer service made a turn for the worst when the nail tech became dissatisfied with the amount I tipped her. I paid $110 for the nail service and tipped $10. That was the best I could do at that time giving the price etc. The nail tech became disgruntle and dismissive. She did not respond when I told her bye. She kept her head down. Fine! what made matters worst is that my thumb nail broke after having it for a week! Not by force it just broke! Never going back and do not recommend this place

I went in for the first time and had Nicole as my nail tech. I asked for a gel manicure. She did a great job! While I was getting my nails done, I decided to get a spa pedicure and treat myself. I got the Honey and Cinnamon Spa Pedicure which is $75 dollars, but SO WORTH IT!!! It all felt amazing and Nicole was very nice. The only thing was that she didn’t get my ingrown toe nails I don’t think… hopefully the gel mani and the pedi polish last a while. I will update!

On the plus side, the staff is very nice but sadly that is where the pluses end. Overpriced, not super clean, and the masseuse does not wash his hands in between clients. This is a no-brainer! Wash your hands!!! Also, in CA, all nails salons have liners for the pedicure basins- why not do that here? That way everyone gets a fresh bath! Also, the tools are re-used and maybe not sterilized.

Had a massage here, it was good but the room where they hold the massage is not so peaceful or welcoming, there is an old AC making noise , and a window to the street, also their prices are high.
