I usually love this nail salon. However this time my dip manicure didn’t even last a week. I got my nails done on Monday (first photo)and by Saturday (second photo) the polish was cracking. Now just 8 days later chunks are starting to crack and fall off (third photo). Very disappointing because dip manicure typically last me a full two weeks before any chips occur.

I called two days in advance and explained everything my friend and I wanted. I made an appointment for us since we knew it would take longer so we planned ahead. Long story short? One of the techs tried saying my friend was late when she wasn’t. Then they let a walk-in cut in and get taken care of while my friend didn’t even have anyone talk to her when she arrived. We finally had the services begin then the nail tech who accused my friend incorrectly brought up how well she wanted a nail design so that takes longer. What did we do wrong?! We called ahead, made our appointment, arrived on time, got bumped, lied in front of, then was told to not take it personally. We came here off a friend’s recommendation but will never return. Horrible experience and it felt like we should have apologized for wanting nail art in the first place. Cherry on top?! My friend speaks Vietnamese and told me what the other nail tech said about me. Nice way to conduct a business…Happy Holidays?!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueIn September my husband and myself came in for a pedicure. They were busy so I had to wait for mine and that’s ok I understand. I waited patiently and when it was my turn I expected to get my money’s worth but I was very disappointed. My nail technician was in a hurry because more people had come in and she hurt me 3 times, I didn’t get my foot mask because she pulled the towel back so she could paint my toe nails, again rushing what is supposed to be a relaxing experience that I was paying for! Then my lotion massage lasted about 2 minutes, that’s the main reason I love pedicures! I waited patiently and when it was my turn I expected to get my money’s worth but I was very disappointed. Dont go there…employees are VERY rude. And Charge you Different prices AccordingTo what mood they’re in. (True story) They also talk bad about customers in front of their face because they dont think anyone could possibly speak their language besides themselves. ( THEY ARE WRONG) And maybe one could overlook all of this if they did a great job…but they dont. Nail salons are on every corner.. My advice..find another salon..this place sucks

I have gone here for the past two years to get my acrylics done. The last time that I had gone, 2 weeks ago, I had gotten a nail tech that I have never had before. I had shown a picture of what I wanted and sat down with my polish. Once she started she limited the size of my acrylics saying that what I wanted was too long and that I would have to pay $5 extra. This was the first time I had ever been told this even though the size was something normal for me. Since I was already paying extra for gel and the coffin shape I told her no and proceeded unhappily with shorter nails. After this everything went pretty smoothly. Only after I had gotten home I realized that two of my nails were crooked, the acrylic actually had a gap between it and my nail bed, I had extra thick nails and extra thin nails, and finally the shapes of my nail were all quite different. Some where thinner than others. Not to mention they had raised the prices $10+ than before. I have now had the nails on for almost 2 weeks and have some nails loosening and possibly on the verge of coming off. The visit prior to this one I had a male tech who had filed so much on the sides of my nails that it had gone deep in my skin and caused bleeding. I didn’t feel it at the time but I looked down and saw him trying to cover it I tried to say something about it and he agreed to give me free gems on my nails. I’ve been so disappointed with this salon lately. I’m not sure what happened because I used to love coming here.

Love this place! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon and am very happy here. Tim did my nails the past 2 times and they have been awesome! He makes sure they are perfect which is definitely why they lasted so long! Would highly recommend to anyone. The salon is relaxing too Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this establishment for probably 7 years, it was a hit or miss sometimes. No matter what I always did get a ok pedicure. But recently, if you want the best pedicure of your life then you should go to Vivienne! Not only is she kind and polite but she remembers you and she will knock your socks off if you weren’t wearing any because you’re getting a pedicure, LOL. I am a professional hairstylist and former Nail Tech and I had clients tell me if they don’t want to refer people to me because they’re scared that they won’t be able to get in with me and I feel the same about her because she is amazing! Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever received!
