Couture Nail Studio at Sola Salon

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been going to Couture Nail Salon for about 10 years now and I can honestly say that this is the BEST nail salon I have ever gone to. My only regret is that I did not find Kris sooner. The salon is always immaculate and Kris always pays close attention to every little detail! She is a perfectionist, to say the least! She is creative and extremely artistic and talented. She will always do her very best to accommodate her clients, as she is well aware that life can get in the way of appointments sometimes. That being said…she also has a very busy salon to run. My nails have never been healthier….and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. Kris is professional and courteous and makes every appointment lively with conversation. She makes an effort to get to know you and make you feel like family. My experience at Couture Nail Salon has always been incredible. Kris never ceases to amaze! I would highly recommend the services provided at this salon. I have been going to Couture Nail Salon for about 10 years now and I can honestly say that this is the BEST nail salon I have ever gone to. My only regret is that I did not find Kris sooner. The salon is always immaculate and Kris always pays close attention to every little detail! She is a perfectionist, to say the least! She is creative and extremely artistic and talented. I have been seeing Kriss and Charlotte for over 5 years now, and I have never walked out feeling anything less than fabulous. The professionalism, the cleanliness, and the sweet, kind and courteous Kriss and Charlotte to chit chat with makes going to Couture Nails a relaxing experience that I look forward to every two weeks. Can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueKris is VERY rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with her and she decided to take it upon herself to rush my nails/blame me for the way they looked. I had usually had good experiences with her (I have been going to her for 2+ years) however she decided to give me an attitude when I had asked if she could fix something on my nails that I did not like. I was very polite this entire time and STILL tipped her even with the poor service I received because we all have bad days. However a couple weeks after she had then canceled my appointment (that I had been scheduled in for 2 month prior) due to personal reasons and did not want to reschedule. A few days after this she canceled ANOTHER one of my standing appointments and the reason was “this spot is reserved for another client.” Not only is she being unprofessional but EXTREMELY childish. Kris is VERY rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with her and she decided to take it upon herself to rush my nails/blame me for the way they looked.
