Extremely unprofessional. I have made at least 4 trips to their salon for a refill service and got turned away every time for a variety of excuses always on their end. One time I was simply told “all the stylists went home” the acrylic experience is rough and unenjoyable and even left me with 2 cuts. And do not expect someone to greet you or at least ask what service you want when you walk in. When they do actually do their job its done decently. But there are better salons out there.

Been coming here for years and always get a good pedi and I like the girls. BUT, if you schedule a customer DO NOT MAKE THEM WAIT HOURS for a pedi. Crazy! You don’t have enough people during the week. You take too many walk ins and never look at your scheduled people coming in. Have been going elsewhere cause I refuse to wait when I call and schedule. Like, just don’t schedule anyone then. First come first serve.

They are so sweet and do beautiful work, but when coming know you will spend hours in there waiting for a technician. Even if you book an appointment. I think they need to work on their scheduling, but apart from that a lovely salon.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m surprised by the reviews and ratings because I had such a positive experience here. I was helped right away as a walk-in and appreciated Nicole’s help in creating the color I was looking for with a combination of two different colors. I wanted to get a gel manicure to go with a dress I’d be wearing as a wedding guest and didn’t have the time to do my own nails during the week. It was affordable compared to other salons in the area I had checked out online. The location is prime as a student in the area and Nicole was incredibly thorough. I’ll definitely be back and glad I didn’t just go along with the reviews. I was helped right away as a walk-in and appreciated Nicole’s help in creating the color I was looking for with a combination of two different colors. I love Couture Nails! I exclusively go to them now for manicures and bring all my friends. I take off my nails when they get too long after several weeks, not because they’ve chipped or peeled! That would never happen with a Couture manicure

Walked in and was immediately looked up and down. There were a few employees not with customers and was asked what I wanted. I said a mani petti. Another woman looked at me and rolled her eyes and said something in her language. Then the woman asked if I had an appointment and I said no then was told me sorry you need an appointment. Really? Instead of asking me what I needed she should have just asked if I had an appointment. It’s already hard enough out here. So, why should two minority group hate on each other. So, while I was writing this complaint someone came out trying to make excuses and asked me not to write complaint. Too late.

I booked a dip, a pedicure and a arms waxing appointment online .. When I reached exactly 5 mins before the appointment start time, they were extremely unhappy about my arrival .. It doesn’t end there .. They made me stand at the front desk for probably 7 mins and sit at a corner after that for another 20-25 mins!! I booked the most expensive pedicure that was supposed to have a good foot massage .. Guess what!! NOTHING!! No warm cream nothing at all – all big lies on their website ..Biggest lie arrived after that .. After my dip treatment, the lady informed me in a very annoyed voice – “I CAN’T DO YOUR WAXING .. GO HOME” .. I’ve never had an experience like this and was baffled .. I pleaded with her as I had a party right after to attend to (for which, I was already running 40 mins late) .. She made me sit for another 20 mins and then started my arms waxing ..And you know the best part?? She said – “I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO ARMS WAXING” .. Just imagine my horror .. She was pulling at the wax strips like a monkey with a gun .. She had absolutely no idea about waxing and none of them do .. She informed me that the owner has forced them to do waxing although none of the girls were trained at it .. I went in today for a 4:00 appointment and I stood their for 5 minutes after saying my appointment time before anyone said anything to me.
