I have been a member for over a year, and would definitely recommend. All the providers are great. I walked in the door telling myself I wouldn’t sign up, but I am so glad I did. Having a membership not only is a good deal compared to the price others charge for the same services, but helps spread the cost out and has let me take advantage of other treatments that I hadn’t considered before. I have never had an issue scheduling appointments (although I do stay home, but my husband works all different hours, so I have to schedule around kids school and him, and have had no issue getting in). I love coming here and I have had great results from all the treatments!

My Experience at CMS is out of this world the staff is amazing people I always look forward to coming to my appointments. I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half now. This place is predatory. They sign you up for a contract for treatments. They make it difficult to use all the treatments due to scheduling. If you miss an appointment instead of just losing the treatment they fine you. The contract is a year long and to cancel after a year you have to send a certified letter. If you quit paying after the year they threaten to put it on your credit report. I paid the last 7 months without using the treatment. So they were getting so much money out of me but still wanted more because I didn’t send a certified letter for cancellation. Then they want to ruin your credit and make it hard for you to get a decent interest rate on vehicles or get an apartment. Was my money for nothing not enough? It is predatory. It’s taking advantage of people.

Interested but instantly lost interest due to the lack of customer service and the fact that the business is full of inexperienced individuals. My qualm will always lie with the race bating, 12 year old, assistant manager. She lacks all capacity to lead independently, i would never allow this location to touch me nor waste any more of my time ever..Asked for a call from the owner and everyone gets dumbfounded. Total lack of professionalism. Ideal Image will always be superior.
