Since day one these ladies have been lovely. The providers are very thorough and pleasant in regards to each treatment and services. I have been coming here to receive laser hair removal as well as fractional laser. I saw results in the next week. Found them through Groupon and thought it was a great deal so I got started with the tattoo removal process—I was running late once and no one in the office answered my numerous calls to warn/shift the time. When I got to the front desk, they had an attitude and said I can’t expect treatment since I was 13 minutes late. I told them I kept calling to let them know and no one answered, to which they just responded “oh, weird.”

As a whole I felt very cheated. They offered a number of services per month per membership. But were closed on many Saturday’s or were constantly booked. The services weren’t consistent either. (Not being able to do multiple services in 1 visit at 1 time is time consuming – even for the Black Diamond member. So as a whole, I wasn’t able to use some services offered or take advantage of the whole program monthly which resulted in services lost almost every month. The other part of it was I also felt targeted. I couldn’t place it, but every time I went in something would happen. I couldn’t make this up. They numbed my face for a whole 45 min, just to come back and state their machine broke. But didn’t offer anything else viable to compensate. Then the following week I got there 5 min late after being advised 10 min late was ok, & told I had to reschedule. Another time, clearly ran out of B12 for the shot (heard this from another worker) & yet they took me to the room and injected me with a blank one. The following month I was injected – totally different experience. I’ve always ensured I asked questions and did not get any real answers. I asked about what was all in the B12 shot & was just told multiple vitamins. I asked because I take supplements & didn’t want to overdo it. In the few times I got the actual shot, I felt sick after as well. Some services were good like 1 person who did the facials – but the “bedside” manner was stomach-turning. I went in for Botox, and ended up with watered down Botox. They think you don’t know the difference. So if I could give it a 0 I would. I feel sorry for some of the workers there who are good. But in general, save your money. There are professionals out there, who are worth the time and money, this place just isn’t it.
