Not the greatest at customer service for new customers. I texted about getting a consult for two procedures. They replied back that they don’t offer one of them. The other procedure I know they do offer but I guess I will get that done somewhere else because they didn’t bother to even offer me an appt for that one

For the hydra facial they use a very outdated machine. Not the newer ones where you input you skin type and texture. And it’s the same price so I do not recommend it here. Also the woman who did mine got some of the liquids in my eyes because she would let it pool in my sockets. Worst facial experience ever and a waste of money
