I have never been so upset with a hair cut in my life. And I’m not one to complain. I usually just roll with the punches. I had been growing my hair out for a while and just wanted it trimmed. Simple enough right? The barber asked me if I wanted it tapered and I said just a simple straight across cut so I can slick it back. Well that clearly didn’t mean anything to him. He took it apon himself to just cut it all off. Nothing what I asked for!!!!

Quality of service provided was exceptional. As a walk In I didn’t feel to welcomed door and website says walk ins welcome but definitely didn’t feel that way as they prefer to just be scheduled.I was fortunate that a barber that just had a cancellation asked after my hair cut and beard trim as I’m still in the seat to be lined with a razor as another appointment walked in and was told he did not have time. Would the scheduled customer have been told he did not have time due to the next appointment showing up also? Fix the walk-in issue and i would recommend everyone I know
