At Coupe Sixty-One we offer several different levels of stylists according to their skills and your budget. Our stylists are diverse in their creative talents and consistent at specializing in marvelous customer service. Each stylist is independent of the salon so it’s best to reach out directly to them and book appointments through our website. Weddings are our specialty and can be booked through Erin Sacks and Daymaker Brides.

Kelsey at Coupe 61 is THE BEST. If you want blonde or balayage, go to Kelsey. She is phenomenal. She will get you to the tone of blonde you want in your hair and your hair will be flawless every single time. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She is the best blonde colorist I’ve ever been to in my life and believe me I’ve been to A LOT, good and bad.

Don’t believe my 5 star rating. I don’t know anything about salons, except that I am African American and one of the talented stylists faded me with no problem at all! Oh and the fact that the City of Truckee rated this salon #1 THREE YEARS IN A ROW! And the fact that the gorgeous talented respected business owner Melissa is one of my best friends.
