I am giving 3 stars because there are some great stylists who work here. But do not let the owner touch your hair! The one I prefer was not available even though I had an appointment. The owner offered to cut my hair so I wouldn’t have to wait. He totally botched it. The back of my hair was so uneven it was basically an asymmetrical cut. I pointed this out and he told me it was fine, it was just the way I was looking at it. My husband was appalled when I got home and saw how awful it was! We used our home shears to fix it and even my husband did a better job of cutting a straight line than the owner!

I feel terrible because I can’t remember my stylist’s name. I know it started with a B, like Britney or Brandy or something close to that. I’ve never gotten my hair professionally colored before and really had no idea what I wanted. She gave suggestions and led me to some red and blonde highlights which I have always wanted and she did them in such a way that they’re nice and noticeable but not too chunky and standout-ish in case I ended up not liking them. Well of course I ended up loving them so I’m going back to get more haha

Did my hair nicely, not worth 120$ for what I got after the color was still uneven but they agreed to give me a follow up appointment, but they never called me back because I asked them to wear masks. Which nobody in the store wears. My hairs still uneven and they don’t seem like they want to call me back again because of masks. No masks even when old people were in the store on the day we had a record 900 cases.

GO HERE!! Brandie did my daughters hair, gave her an ombre with highlights and it looks so beautiful! I don’t know why anyone would say that this place is pricey. It’s less expensive than any salon we’ve gone to for the same thing and they did way better!

My daughter was excited to go have her beautiful long hair shaped around her face, w long layers. She just came home and her hair is butchered, uneven and looks terrible. I asked her if she spoke to the manager and she replied it was the manager who did this. She said she was very apprehensive and shocked paid 40.00 and left immediately. I wish I could post pictures! My dogs have received better haircuts/style.

Came here to get layers, and to have the back of my hair thinned out. I asked if she could use a razor comb, but instead used thinning shears which left square holes chopped in random places. The front layers are uneven. I’m embarrassed. I paid $37 for this. I gave 3 stars for the good quality products.This is the last time I will trust a hair salon. I give up.
