Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI walked in for my appointment and they wanted cash upfront. She told me it was $60 for the massage and $20 for the tip. Wanted $80 cash upfront before the service. I tried to explain the tip is based on the experience of the customer but she demanded $80 in payment. I walked out, this was such an unfortunate experience. I walked in for my appointment and they wanted cash upfront. She told me it was $60 for the massage and $20 for the tip. Wanted $80 cash upfront before the service. I tried to explain the tip is based on the experience of the customer but she demanded $80 in payment. I walked out, this was such an unfortunate experience. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in yesterday for a massage. The owners look like they live out of their business. (They have their dog barking the entire time) This wasn’t the main issue to me but what was and what lead me to take to Yelp and google is how rude the lady was. First off they DEMAND PAYMENT UP FRONT & when I went to tip her at the end $10 she shook her head and said no $20 tip not $10!! I was so baffled and I hardly wanted to tip her anything because the massage was very basic. Plus the pillow I had my face on smelled so bad. I would never step foot in this place ever again and unless you wanna be pressured for a high tip I wouldn’t suggest so eitherI went in yesterday for a massage. (They have their dog barking the entire time) This wasn’t the main issue to me but what was and what lead me to take to Yelp and google is how rude the lady was.
