Very disappointing. I’ve been going here for years now, went yesterday and had a terrible experience. Waited for this woman to show up in the first place. And the body language and attitude just spelled out that, this woman didn’t want to work. Like she’s doing me a favor. I just left after noticing how unwelcoming things have turned out to be. Anyway, may peace be upon all the women there and their shop!

I went there to get my hair done last Christmas because my regular hair stylist was out of the country. My scheduled time was 8:30 am. I got there at 8:15 am. I Sat and waited for about 20 mins. When I got to the chair, I told her what I wanted. She started with my hair around 9:15 am, and I did not leave until 9:30 pm.

I went with daughter she got braids and I got my dreads retwisted. Her braids came out dope but the retwists,no,no. Waste of money will never go back to get mydreads retwisted,too flaky for my liking. They need to stick to hair hair extensions. Because whatever they use to retwist is no good causes too much flaky build up.step your game up ladies. Again my daughters braids are very nice I would bring her back but I wouldn’t get my dreads retwisted there again.

They tell everyone to show up at 8:30. They don’t engage in conversation with you they just talk amongst themselves in they own language, the lady that did my hair was more interested in finding music on YouTube and on her phone. They all stopped and went in a room and took a break and ate didn’t tell any of us mind you they had 7 ppl in chairs to finish.
