Tracy did an amazing job. I was in the area for work and was able to get in for a fill and pedi! Solon was clean. Staff was friendly. I’d make the drive from Phoenix to get my nails done again. That’s how much I enjoy the atmosphere.

Went in for a manicure. I was out of town and needed a quick clean up manicure. They said they could do it and squeezed me in between appointments and then proceeded to rush the entire job. I’m 24 hours past appointment and my hands look worse than they did when I went in. I’m a big sevice industry supporter. I tip at least 20 percent no matter what, but if you can’t do the job or don’t have the time you shouldn’t book. Period. I wasted 50 dollars. Shame on ya’ll.

Critical: ProfessionalismVery rude to everyone! I waited 30 minutes for a manicure and polish change on my toes. After 30 minutes this stone faced woman came over and she was going to do a “dry” manicure. No water, no soaking. Made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure 4 days after the gel chipped on 2 of my nails. Pedicure they don’t scrub your heals I ask them to do it and he did it for a split minute never did do the heal. Don’t waste your time or money.

Henry did a really nice job on my nails. It was very clean inside and they were on time for their appointment with me. I really liked how they did not yell at each other across the room.
