Went here on Saturday (3 days ago) and got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. Staff was nice and gel manicure came out fine, but my dip manicure has already chipped! Here, I can always expect to have gorgeous nails no matter how complex the design. They’re gentle on my natural nails (some places are really aggressive with their sanding and cuticle cuts), and they’re always very friendly and remember me/ my family and friends:) 11/10 I wish I had pictures of the other designs they’ve done! First off, I haven’t been to a salon for at least a year. However, know that I’ve been to over 50 different salons across WA state and there isn’t another one quite like this one. No, they don’t have serving menus like some salons but if I wanted food I’d go to a restaurant. The staff welcomed me and asked if I wanted something to drink which shows their friendly. The quality of the service was outgoing, top notch and absolutley pain free for me. The shape is perfect, colors came out exactly as the swatch portrayed and the staff was masterful in their usage of tools and application from the filing by hand to the dremel and painting. Here’s my results done by Kevin, he did amazing work and I’ll be coming back here for the rest of my upkeep. Strongly recommend trying them out. -Dolli

Very nice shop with lots of color options. Almost TOO many – it can be overwhelming! They did a superb job. The shop was clean and airy, lacking that polish remover stench that many shops have. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Made an appointment on Cottage Lake Nail Bar’s website. I had not heard back from them for a confirmation, called before leaving the house and they said they were busy for the time that I booked and that they had not checked their website for booked appointments. How can you run a successful business this way? Why have a website that allows potential customers to book when it is not being monitored? Looking for a professional run nail salon.

Very nice experience and a good value. I had a basic pedicure with a shiny buff, no polish. They did a great job all around and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Online scheduling is great but it isn’t integrated with a real-time calendar. You are basically requesting a time and you arent guaranteed your desired time until it is confirmed (potentiallythe next day). FYI.
