I went here earlier today and left feeling the worst I’ve felt in so long. I was finally feeling confident in my looks and then i came here, and I’ve been I’m a downward spiral all day. I came here to get a different hairstyle and the lady who cut my hair (an older brunette woman with a Bob) made my hair look nothing like the picture I showed her. I hate how it turned out. She cut it to short and it looks terrible. I’ve been on and off, crying all day, and I have to go back to school soon. I was already hating my looks before but this made it so so so much worse. I wish I never came here.

We had a wonderful experience getting our 1yr olds hair trimmed for the first time! They even included a little my first haircut certificate and a lock of her hair in an envelope 🙂 She also recommended a shampoo to help with the cradle cap we’ve been struggling to get rid of. Will definitely come back in the future!

What a waste of time and money. Spent 19.95 on my haircut for the lady to cut 2 inches off and add 3 long layers into my hair if that. She was not friendly. She took less than 10 minutes to do what she did to my hair. Feel like I got ripped off. Then my co-worker made an appointment for her son for a haircut and she told them over the phone that he has autism they still made the appointment for him. So we get there and I get my done in less than 10 minutes, so my coworkers son is to go next and we exclaimed to the lady again he has autism and so fourth. They did not help him feel comfortable, she had NO PATIENCE for him. He was NOT moving at all he was doing was crying and they denied him so we wasted our time on a joke. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I stopped in to get a haircut for my son on Thursday and was rudely denied by a lady named Jade who claimed she didn’t have any more openings for a cut and was not helping anyone at the time she just stood behind the desk. Keep in mind, this was at 1 pm. Thankfully, I know the manager Courtney and contacted her and she made things right. Was very disgusted with the gals attitude towards me. If Courtney ever leaves this place I won’t return.

3 stylist sitting around doing there own hair when walked in to request a hair cut. Mind you it was for a male so it was maybe a 15 min job and was told they could not do it they were booked.. so we stayed in store and close to the salon to watch and they did have a customer come in for over 35 min.. what is the deal… I really felt like we should receive a free cut or something, we go here 2x a month for my boyfriend… However after that I’m unsure if we will be returning. Disappointed in the Customer Service…

I just got my haircut friday with Amanda. She did an excellent job with my hair cut and she cut it exactly how I like it! I’m very thankful for this. I’m also very grateful for cost cutters is very accommodating to me as I use a cart on wheels to get around. It eliminates any worries of steps into a salon as I have a knee that no longer works properly. Thank you amanda for this great hair cut. Back in February I also had taylor cut my hair and she did a very good job too. I’m looking forward to my next visit in may for a color with taylor.

I had a great experience with Jade. She did a wonderful job doing my haircut. I ended up going home and styling it to see the actual haircut (my hair was pretty frizzy). I think it looks pretty darn good!
