Went in to see if I could get a haircut the stylist who was sitting down and talking with another stylist who was cutting I believe was another stylist anyway the stylist finally (she acted like it was a big deal to talk with me) I asked her if I could get a haircut and here it what she said I have someone coming in a half hour. It only takes 15-20 minutes for a cut. Walked out as she sat back down. Cutting hair is how they make there living? Poor Poor customer service. Went to Kwik Cuts a GREAT PLACE PLUS A FANTASTIC STAFF.

I wanted a shampoo and conditioner wash along with haircut it stated in the services an I wanted bangs I didn’t get either of them! but if I paid for something like the whole 9 yard I should of gotten it I came from duluth mn to superior… won’t be going back sorry… the issue was that I was rushed! I wanted only a small portion cut off my ends like the dead ends an some layers I didn’t want my hair short what so ever i stated i wanted it to stay long! I’m mainly upset because the fact that I was not listen to!!! It was just spray my hair Down an cut I even mentioned I wanted it washed as well but that didn’t happen… I absolutely wanted bangs that was stated to and still didn’t get them… I hate my hair I can’t even find a style that looks good on it because of how short! I don’t care what anyone says but I’m just going to stick with the ones I been going to… im highly disappointed….

February 26- To start off there facility was very disgusting, hair was never cleaned up but swept to the side. I had one of the worse hair cuts EVER. I had a one of their cards filled out completely how I would have liked my hair cut and instead of going by it she said “I’ll make it better”. That’s not what I wanted, she never asked before she started with her “better way” of cutting my hair. I highly recommend not going there in Superior.

I went to get my hair cut on 11/06, around 10 in the morning. She asked me what kind of cut and I told her. I wanted it short in the back. She got that right. I also said I wanted my hair parted in the middle so both sides can be the same length. She didn’t do that, she parted on the side and now one side is longer then the other. Never again. I should have read the reviews before going.

I came here on 3/10/18, and it was hands down the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist I got was extremely rude, especially to her coworkers. I tried not talking too much to avoid making her mad. The manager came in and my stylist got into an argument with her. They were screaming at each other while cutting my hair, which was so unprofessional. The manager went into the back and my stylist followed her, leaving me to sit with only half my hair done. I could hear them yelling at each other behind the wall. My stylist came out claiming the manager hit her and called the cops. The manager came out and again they started screaming at each other, this time about five feet in front of me. The manager shoved her as they kept on yelling. At this point I did not want to get up and walk away for my safety. Then the manager went in back and the chaos eventually died down. The cops came and took all of the stylist’s statements. Eventually the stylist finished my hair. It took 40 minutes. I only recieved one apology and I had to pay FULL price.
