Critical: Professionalism, ValueTerrible terrible experience!My grandmother went to go have her hair washed and cut this evening and was with an amazing stylist and was enjoying the quality the stylist was giving her to only come home to tell me she will never go back because of how horrible the manager talked and addressed her one staff. She stated how the manager continued to raise her voice and tell the stylist to hurry up and scoffed and made rude comments when the stylist replied I still have to blow dry her hair then I will be done, to then have the manager tell her she’s slow and how much she wished her daughter worked there instead of the stylist all while my grandmother sat in the poor stylists chair who was being disrespected. Wasn’t too happy about being left in the chair for 5 minutes while the stylist waited on customers coming in. Also, Stylist wasn’t trained on the Cost Cutter App. Asked how points would be populated into the App for my visit – told me to enter information from my receipt (total guess).

Most horrible experience I have ever had in a hair salon. Very UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER hollers across the way at my stylist that what she was doing was wrong. “That’s STYLING”! And then the other 2 stylists chimed in. How humiliating for me and the stylist. I was there for a shampoo and “blow dry”(which is not dried fully, the first I knew of this). The stylist was using clips to hold my hair up like layering to dry and using her fingers through my hair while blow drying. THAT’S CONSIDERED STYLING…COSTING $10 more. If they call a shampoo and blow dry styling, even if I paid more, I would have walked out of the salon looking worse than when I arrived. THAT’S THEIR COMPANY POLICY.
