Critical: QualityI showed them a picture of curtain bangs i wanted and now my hair either looks like an edgy 14 yr old, or the same as I had before. They only cut the bangs on ONE side of my hair and it was the side I had a cowlick on. I got home and nearly cried, i even showed them a picture and it looks nothing like it. Made an appointment here because it was close to my daughter’s house and I am not all that familiar with Rochester. Heidi cut my hair and did a great job! One of the best haircuts I have had in a long time! I was VERY pleased! To the staff there, I was the one who admired your barber pole coat rack!

Girl was nice. Knowledge about hair.Recommend she get brush or roller to remove excess hair from clients. Then asks for add on for pricing. $16bucks is plenty for a buzz cut.

I recently got my hair cut here and I was very disappointed. The woman cutting my hair did a poor job while cutting around my ear. Now my hair goes up to high around one ear. The hair around my ears is uneven. This is my second time getting my hair cut here and they have made this mistake both times. The hair cut would have been decent if it weren’t for that critical error. I will no longer be getting my hair cut here. if you do go here make sure you tell them to pay special attention while cutting around your ears. I would recommend getting your hair cut somewhere else like Great Clips. Cost cutters please fix this problem, its pretty embarrassing to be in public when your hair is cut poorly like this. I would give them zero stars if I could.
