Made an appointment the day before so we wouldn’t have to wait. At our appointment time we were told we were next. Ok, no big deal. 45 minutes later Vicki called back someone else. When I spoke up about being next she said I was in 2 more people. Seriously? Will never go back. I sure miss Danielle.

My grandmother always goes to a specific place but they were closed so she tried out Cost Cutters. Have to say, Scarlett and Heather were amazing! You can tell they love their job and what they do. Absolutely horrible. I am still angry from a cut I got a couple months ago. All I wanted was a trim, I specifically said “as little as possible….she cut off over 6 inches!! Not to mention my hair was in worse shape after the cut. It took me years to grow out my hair, and now its been ruined by an idiot stylist. I should have said something, but its not like they can put my hair back. I would give zero stars if I had that option

It seems as if they are constantly short handed and the hours change alot. High turn over rate as far as employees go. This used to be a great place for the whole family to get hair cuts ect, not sure what happend…. I had to find a new place bc I walked in one day and no one I knew worked there any more. ♂️

Should be called butcher cutters. My wife got her hair cut (butchered) there and the butcher wouldn’t pay attention to how my wife wanted it and chopped it to short. When we got home my wife couldn’t do anything with her hair. It looks like she has a cow lick on the back. MADE HER CRY
