Walked in for quick haircuts as that’s what this type of salon is for. Desk girl must only sit at the desk (and not also cut hair like every other place like this) because she said there was a 3 hour wait. There were zero people waiting and one person in the back! The place was empty! We have other things to do before work tonight and can’t wait 3 hours for a trim. She apologized but then added a snarky “good luck” as we walked out which was uncalled for as we were polite and just said 3 hours wouldn’t work today. Won’t be back or recommend! Bad attitudes at a cheap hair salon in a dumpy town..people need a reality check on the Range.

Warning! Do not use this Cost Cutters establishment for color or highlights/lowlights. If they wreck your hair they tell you “it’s a chance you, the customer, takes!” They will then charge you more for them to fix the mistake they made. Unbelievable! Hair coloring
