Too bad!!!!I went on 5/25 (I think) for a bobcut and she did something different, so I went next day for her to do a BOB CUT, she took 3hr 30min, she was askin her partner how to do it, she was cutting and cuttin with scissors then blade then scissors hard for her to do it. Well she cut alooooot of hair, I NEVER ask for her to cut that much, I DID show her pics the way I want at the first place… PLSSSS if you can’t handle it, say NO at the beginning!!! I have to stop workin cause I can’t go like that I was askin like the last cut!!!! Omg!!

I went to Stephanie at Cost Cutters Pflugerville after watching her work her magic on a friend’s hair. She is amazing. I am so happy with my hair!! She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. She made my hair look fabulous. It has only been a few days and I have had countless compliments. Plus, not only is she an amazing hairdresser, she’s super sweet, down to earth and easy to talk to. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she deserves it!!

I had the worst experience ever! I went in asking if they could do a balayage based on a picture I had. They told me “yes”. First of all my hair was cut too short, I asked for long layers starting at my shoulders. Well she cut my hair at shoulder height and the cut was horrible! Not in layers and not even. The coloring was awful! Nothing close to what I asked. On top of that it took them almost 7 hours! My appt was at 12 and I ended up leaving close to 7. I believe she was probably a beginner, she shouldn’t be cutting or doing these difficult and complex hairstyles if she didnt know how to do it. They noticed what a horrible job they did so I was not charged for the haircut and ” the extra time” I had to be there after closing hours! When I was at the salon I didnt noticed all the mistakes since my hair was still wet. I got home saw my self in the mirror and I cried! My hair was horrible!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! you are better of doing it at home! If I could give them 0 stars I would!… Stylist name was Ashley

Critical: QualityBeing new to Texas, and quite nervous letting anyone do my hair, I chose to go to this establishment. Stephanie is great and so is her co-color helper Monica. Stephanie trimmed my hair and talked me into doing a full one color on my hair, being it was highlighted. I did advise Stephanie that I had an issue a few years back with the cherry cola color coming out purple on my highlights she informed me that it wasn’t done right and that this would not happen. After having Monica do the color, the first thing I noticed Still in the chair, was color did not take on my highlights. So they did another application, which appeared to hold until I washed my hair two days later. My hair looks horrible it is many different colors of purple to greater dark to I can’t even explain. I have tried contacting this location probably about 5-6 times in the last two weeks, no response. I only get an answering machine. I did contact another location in round rock and they said they would let their manager know maybe their phones weren’t working or idk what was going on. I don’t think that this good customer service, especially when you were told this would not happen to your hair and she was a color specialist. Although they were very personable and awesome people..I wouldn’t recommend getting a color from cost cutters. Being new to Texas, and quite nervous letting anyone do my hair, I chose to go to this establishment. Stephanie is great and so is her co-color helper Monica. Stephanie trimmed my hair and talked me into doing a full one color on my hair, being it was highlighted. The stylist was very nice and did a good job but when it got to the shaving part, it went bad. I didn’t know until i got home that she used a dull blade and now i have razor burn all over the back of my head and neck. They need to change the blades a bit more often so that doesn’t happen. I like the cut just not the pain that followed.
