My wife brought my son there to get a haircut and this is how they cut his hair! He has straight lines cut across his head, I do not understand how it got messed up this bad from a PROFESSIONAL! My wife did not notice there TERRIBLE haircut until I pointed it out when I got home from work because the guy wet his hair and styled it in a fauxhawk so when I got home it was almost dry and I noticed how bad it was as soon as I seen it. Now I have to spend more money to get someone that really know what they are doing to fix it so my sons hair doesn’t look so terrible!

Soooo… For one, I probably had around 30 inches of hair. Dead ends, split ends, just damaged! Keep in mind I never let ANYONE touch my hair! Went to Merle Norman about a year ago for just a color, no cut. I made that very clear! I was going fpr platinum, she said that she had a new color that would only take one trip & that itd be $350. I went for it. Big mistake! Without asking me or anything she started cutting. Took around 6 inches off, before I even seen the color of my hair! It was a brassy copper color. I was in tears! I finally came to the conclusion that i needed a trim so bad, that I visited cost cutters. Set up an appointment with James. Yall! This man right here is an angel! He done exactly what i asked, nothing more, nothing less! He took around 2-3 inches off and my hair looks so much healthier and it even feels better. James made me feel as if I was at home! Hes super friendly and very professional! I would reccomend him to ANYONE! (First pic was my hair before I had it trimmed, will upload a new pic soon) Will definitely be going back for a color soon!)

Unfortunately, I’ve got to rate this place 1 star. When I went in to get a haircut, the lady was extremely unprofessional. Me, being too nice / anxious to say anything, let her continue with the haircut. First thing I have to say is she could hardly keep the hair cutting apron / gown on me the whole time, so I ended up covered in hair. Secondly, not once did she section my hair. I asked for a trim, my pre existing layers cut, and face angles. She instead went for a blunt cut style and started cutting straight across, no sectioning or technique at all. I also told her that I wear my hair in a middle part so I’d like if she put it in one before cutting it. She then proceeded to give me an off center “middle part” with an obvious section of hair on the wrong side of the part. I asked her to change it twice and she did the second time. After seeing how she did not do well on the haircut, I decided to not get layers, but I proceeded with the face angles. One side is much longer and thicker than the other side, and again, she did it with almost no technique. I never write reviews, but moving towns, i was hoping I’d find a good place to get my haircut, and this one is just not it. Maybe she was having a bad day, understandable! But please, be more professional and know what you’re doing.
