I’ve brought my son (4 years old) here for his hair cut the last 3 times and have had the same lady each time (blanking on name) but she alwasy does a fantastic job. My son has thick curly hair so I was worried having it trimmed that too much of his curl would be cut, but it’s alwasy been perfect. Thank you!

My son needed a haircut, showed the lady a picture of what he wanted, did not come close to what he asked for. Hi Everyone! Up in Kenwood- Duluth, Mn yesterday. Had an hr to kill ( 3pm ) and self love came across my mind. Looked up to my left and there sat Cost Cutters. Really needing a professional trim instead of my self proclaimed cut I walked by. WHAT!! I backed up and took a walk inside . No one other than 3 employee’s, quite young so this should be a cinch! I got this! 20 mins later BAM, DONE & HAPPY. $20 and some change, tip included took care of that. Couldn’t see my hairstylists name badge but she was great. For the most part, aren’t they always! I had my hair cut today by Paige. Excellent results, which isn’t easy. I have naturally thick and very curly hair. She cut it exactly the way I wanted. It looks great. Both she and her coworker were very friendly and professional. I could not have been happier.

Just now waited 5 minutes at the counter with no interaction while the two stylists were talking to guest they already finished helping about pointless chitchat. As I sighed with frustration, one stylist yelled to me to take a seat it will be a 5-10 minute wait. Wait for what? You to finish your conversation? No thanks, I’ll find a place where there is desire to build loyalty with new guests and treats potential clients with respect and some semblance of urgency.
