Cost Cutters Hermantown Walmart

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got his hair cut today, Wednesday Dec 8th at around 12:30pm and they did a TERRIBLE JOB. I went in with pictures of the very simple, straight forward style i wanted and the stylist confirmed she could easily do that. I left the pic up on his phone for her to reference while she cut and she still messed it up. It’s entirely too short and not the style we wanted.When i told her it was too short she was apologetic but didn’t offer to make it right. Because I am a nice man i left without saying anything more but was very unhappy when i got home. So my wife decided to call the salon for me and try to get my money back since i felt like i didn’t get what i paid for.She spoke to the woman who cut my hair at around 2pm. My wife was calm and polite when she told her the issue and what I wanted to happen (a refund) and your employee was very defensive and argumentative with me. She told me she would have to contact the district manager to approve a refund and then told me the district manager was out of town until tomorrow (what a funny coincidence) when I offered to call myself. I then asked her for her name so that I would be able to call back and talk to her tomorrow after she assured me she’d talk to the d.m. herself, and she JUST HUNG UP ON MY WIFE. She tried calling back a few times and she won’t answer now. I never did get her name. But she was incredibly unprofessional and rude and I don’t believe she’ll be talking to the district manager about my refund.Very disappointed in the service we received here today. I am a nice man and i was taken advantage of. Then your stylist lied to my wife on the phone afterwards. The hair cut was quick and she did exactly what I wanted. I walked in hoping to get a haircut and Katie was able to get me in right away. She was extremely personable and easy to be around. The hair cut was quick and she did exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for a great hair stylist I highly recommend Katie as she will make you feel comfortable and deliver whatever haircut you are looking for.

I have been going to Hermantown Cost Cutters ever since Katie started there. I tracked her down when I went to my old salon and she wasn’t there! Katie is the reason I keep coming back! Always a great cut and asks if I want to get wash after the cut. Matter of fact she make me look like “George Clooney”! I would definitely recommend her and Hermantown Cost Cutters!
