After explaining how I wanted to cut my hair, I asked her whether she understood, and she said yes .and then she made it too short on both sides and back; I looked awful after cutting my hair here. I had long hair; I just wanted to shape it, and she ruined it. Now it will take several months. Everything else would have been perfect if she had only explained me before cutting. Then I could explain to her, and I could have a different experience.

I had called days before to make an appointment for 10:00 right when they opened because I had a lot to do that day and we were celebrating my grandson’s birthday. I arrived right at 10am and I see Porsche, who I have the appointment with is taking someone to her booth, she looks at me and says “I got you” I said I have an appointment, she says yes Ms. Judy at 10? I’ll get you when I’m done here. I said how long will that be? she’s says when I’m done, like she’s irritated with me! I again say how long will that be and she says about 10 minutes. I told her to cancel and I walked out. I could see if I was late but I wasn’t, I will never go there again.

Stopped into get my 2 years old bangs trimmed, waited over 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then they helped a lady that walked in with no appointment after me. After waiting 10 more minutes I walked out. Pretty ridiculous that they couldn’t take 5 minutes to trim her bangs.

So I had a funeral to go to for my grandfather. I went here to just get my layers tried an I hate to say I have cried everyday sense. My hair looks like it’s been cut off with kitchen siccors an I lost alot if length. If you don’t care about your hair then yes go here but ill never go back! I can’t even get it fixed due to to much of my hair is gone. Absolutely aggravated , mad, and sad . Ulta might be expensive but I see why. NEVER AGIAN COST CUTTERS

I’m so happy!!! I moved from out of state 7 months ago and let my hair go because I dreaded finding a new hair stylist. I have incredibly thick curly hair with bad gray roots. I was lucky to walk in and Angela was willing to take me. She did a root touch up, shampooed, cut and thinned my hair. I was stunned how good it looked. Cost me more than I wanted to spend but I feel amazing and ready for the hot summer with my hair nice and thinned. Thank you Angela! See you in a couple months!!!

I took my three nieces, and with myself, for hair cuts. The girls hair came out beautifully. However, mine is a train wreck. I needed a little trim to my layers and some shaping. The front looks great. Now that I am home and I can see the back, I have TWO layers. The top “layer” is bluntly cut across the back of my head and the rest is a little longer. It’s atrocious and I now have to wait until Monday to get someone else to correct this disaster.
