Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am kinda person who don’t prefer to post bad reviews but this time I really needed to do this, I went to get highlights to this salon and I asked for the thin highlights the lady was doing my hair her name was Sahandra, she was not taking the time to understand my requirements I asked her to give me a haircut(layers) 1st, she said no let me start with the highlights and then I ll give u the cut, I said ok you r the professional so u know the best. She started and when she was done and made me check my hair guess what she gave me HUGE CHUNKS on my hair when I said I am not satisfied with the highlights (as it’s supposed to be thin) she gave me chunks. And tried to make excuses that once I give the haircut it will look good, as I mentioned I asked for layers and for LAYERS your hair supposed to be divided 1st, she didn’t do that and started. I asked for bangs she didn’t do that!! And now all my hair are getting orangish, when I go back to them to fix my hair they said I have to pay again, because that’s the way they do the highlights and haircuts if I want them to fix my hair I have to pay again that’s what they said. My whole point is we pay money to look good I paid $104.00 to make my hair look ugly and bad!! Not going ever again, you get what you pay for , had to chop my hair off because they ruined it. My hair is in the worst shape it’s ever been. They over bleached my hair. I showed them a pic and the lady clearly does not know how to color hair. Don’t do it.
