Saturday morning 3 customers waiting, one foul mouthed customer in the chair chatting to people on his phone never missing the opportunity to drop the f-bomb and one ‘stylist’ seemingly encouraging him. Waited 45 minutes while she cuts this one guys hair then when he is about to leave, well it’s time to wash it for some reason. Wasn’t waiting any longer. Service has always been hit or miss, but today swears me off there forever. La Porte citizens, there are better places to go for a cut.

Don’t bother making an appointment online. I made an appointment, I don’t mind waiting 15-20 minutes. However, she tells me the wait is 30-60 minutes. Neither lady working acknowledged me in a friendly way. One acted like I wasn’t there.. the other was irritated. I did not wait and I won’t be back.

When one finally did she was not polite looked hungover rushed through his haircut he still tipped $2 and its the worst long strands all over chopped the front left piece just a sorry hack job!
