Had a really bad experience today. I had called the store today morning to see is they require an appointment for haircut and i was informed that there are no appointments needed and only walk-ins are needed. My wife went there for a haircut and was waiting for the next available stylist. However when one of the stylist were done with her customer she didn’t even bother to call my wife or tell her that she is taking a break ( which she wasn’t) and was chit-chatting with another stylist. Then a couple walked-in to the store and this hair stylist immediately let them have a haircut while my wife is still waiting for her turn. When asked about it, she said another stylist (who is still with a customer) will be taking care of her after she is done with her customer. My wife walked out with disappointment and will be never going to this store ever again. Really bad customer service. Stay away from them.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I went in for an ombre and the stylist Kristen seemed very confident that she could do it. When it was finished it was really blocky not blended at all. I asked her about it and she assured me it would look better when I styled it. The next morning of went back for a refund they gave me the run around all day. And refused to refund my money I had to go to visable changes to get it fixed and had to pay and additional 200 dollars to fix it on top of the 120 that I paid there… it was just horrible I would never go back! They were also so rude. Never get your hair colored by Kristen!!

We made an appointment for Monday at 10am for my kid’s haircut online. We show up Monday for appointment and the doors were locked and lights were off. Looks like someone didnt show up for work that day. When we called other Cost Cutter locations they were surprised that no one was there and that no one answered their attempted phone calls either.

Great service, clean, great value, and stress free environment. It was an adjustment as you are getting your hair done in a unisex salon. Which was a new experience for me. I’m used to being in a female only clientele salon, but I’m over it. My favorite stylist is Ms. Krystal.

I went in to get a spiral set last night and even had a picture thinking it would be easy for a professional stylist but after getting my hair washed.I was sent to sit under the dryer three times for a total two hours the curls that survived her experiment were then pulled out leaving me saying before leaving that I would be wearing a baseball hat today after paying my $60 and a $11 conditioner she added without telling me. Just say I don’t know how to do that.

The haircut for my niece was good. She got a shampoo and blow dry as well. The people who work there are very nice. The reason for a 3 star rating is for an 11 year old to get a hair cut with shampoo and blow dry, it was $60.95.
