I had a 4pm appt and arrived at 355pm and the 2 ladies cutting hair asked if i had an appt and i told them “yes 4pm”. She has decided to take her 415pm appt before me and i arrived before my appt time. Very unprofessional and quite annoying. I waited untill 430 to get my haircut!!! Last time i came here for a cut i had another bad experience. Yhey are very unprofessional, quite rude and unfriendly

I showed up here right after work at 5:50 on a Thursday hoping I could get in for a fade before they closed. Yes, I am “that guy” but it was date night and I wanted to look clean. Lucky for me they took me without hesitation and were friendly throughout my haircut. Cindi was the stylist that cut my hair as the other lady working was cleaning up and making small talk.

I was only there for about an hour but in that time, the woman working the counter was openly rude to everyone in the store…..Twice. & while the woman who cut my hair was very nice, I got home & found an uneven haircut, with several stray hairs that weren’t even cut. Poor experience, I won’t be going back.
