Went in to get a shampoo and haircut with no styling. They quoted me $21.95 which is what I expected to pay. I agreed and sat down, she then brought me another piece of paper they said it was going be $37.95, I said why so high she said I added $5.99 for conditioner so that I can comb your hair and then I added $11 cause your hair is long. So my hair is about 2 inches below my shoulders and in great shape and the last time I went it was 21.95+ tax. NOT COOL, Won’t go back there again. Whatever their business plan is it is stupid & deceitful!

First visit was absolutely great! Second time I just wanted a touch up on the roots and it came out ugly reddish, brassy..did not match the rest of my hair. Stylist tried to correct it the following day and still was the same ugly red roots. At this time I was told we couldn’t do anything else, to let my hair rest after so much processing which I understood.. and that was it. I had spent over $200 each visit just to keep my hair the way I liked it. First time was absolutely worth it, second time not at all. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to look for another hair salon but unfortunately… too much money to throw away.

5yr old less than an inch trimmed off and was charged $30 plus tax. I was told before she started cutting but had asked for an inch or so to be trimmed off. Less than 1/2 an inch was cut. Not sure how this really compares but the name would make one presume it’s a lower rate than other Salons Disappointed at what we got for the price. No pricing is on website or in store so they can just make it up. Oh and $11 up charge for long hair for long hair. Just really people. 15 minutes of your time . This is what wrong with America.
