Best experience I have had. My hair dresser was very experienced with my hair type, thick but thin. She listened to what I was wanting and she totally rocked it. I was so scared to chop off 6 inches from my hair, so glad she knew how to style my hair type. I could not be happier.

Asked her for squared off cut and she did a circular cut. Asked for squred off in the back after she already started the clipper on it. At the end she said you should have asked for that at the beginning and should ask for a scissor on top! I have had compliments, only reason for 3 stars.

I take my two children to the McCulloch CostCutters regularly for their haircuts. We have been seen by Michelle and Pam, and both have done really great work on their hair. Michelle is their regular beautician, and I love the way she takes an active interest, not only in their style, but also talks to them like they’re a good friend. She is very kind and does great work. I haven’t had a bad experience here, and recommend both Pam and Michelle!

Went in for a color and highlights to my short and thin hair. Sheena worked her magic on me and I walked out of there with my “natural” self again! This place is a joke and Tracy that works there is the rudest person I have ever met. Not once but twice I have gone in there to get my eyebrows done which literally takes 2 minutes and both times I was told no. First time was o. A sunday and they had 3 hours left b 4 closing and i was told they had no openings for the rest of the day. So then i tried again on a Wednesday with like 7 hours til close. Walked in only one hair dresser and no customers. Tracy asked how can I help u and i said i wld like to get my eyebrows done. She then says oh well we r booked with no appointments available. I was literally dumb founded being there was no one there. I said really? There’s no one here and she said in waiting for appt to get here. I literally didn’t even know what to say so i said wow ok guess I’ll take my bussiness elsewhere and she ok fine have a nice day. Really this is how they treat people here in arizona? I just moved here a week ago and this one establishment has put a bad taste in my mouth already about havasu. I plan on taking this to there Corp office, better bussiness bureau, and post this experience everywhere I can on social media. Im still in awe of what happened and never have I been treated this rudely ever in my life. FYI cost cutters I would think twice about who you have running your store because tracy in my opinion was just being lazy and basically making you lose money. And can almost say witjout a doubt this probably not the first time she has done this. She screwed up today because I may have only been there for eyebrows today but i spend ALOT of money at the hair salon for haircuts and colors and yes eyebrows. You lost a good and would of been a money maker customer oh and also tip quite generously..your guys loss another salons gain…anyone have advice on where I can go??

Garbage I asked for a fade there was 2 lines in my head. I went to pay and she wasn’t going to mention she put a bald spot in my head so I didn’t want to pay she brought the manager out she said nothing wrong I showed her you have to be blind not to see the spot I left found a bad ass barber he showed me 2 spots she made in my hair, her and the manager did not even mention the 2nd one so big fat one to cost cutters !!!
