Had to get my PERM re-done and she only comped it 1/2 off plus she added $15.00 for long hair. My hair doesn’t touch my shoulders, and wasn’t put on there the first time. She did do a good perm.

My friend went here yesterday to get her hair cut. She wanted her previous layers to blend together. But instead walked out with an uneven lopsided mullet and her bangs were cut very short. The manger did not even give her any sort of refund for it. Don’t go here…. They also talk badly about their clients if they go to the bathroom or when they leave.

My husband took my son to get a mohawk. He explicitly said not a faux ‘hawk, but a mohawk. My son came out with a faux ‘hawk.

I got chased out and threatened (she was on the phone about to call the police) by the hair stylist for saying I had a cold in the middle of a haircut.. She told me if I didn’t leave she was going to call the cops… a 7-year customer at this location, 10th day after getting sick. And was told that I was threatening everyone life. Now I have half a haircut, and felt as if I was made a fool out of, and publicly humiliated.Ive been going to this location for 7years and I would never recommend this place to anyone, after that incident.

Really nice place. Clean friendly and listen to what and how you want your hair. So stop on over and meet the fantastic ladies ready to hook you up.

This is a good shop for getting my haircut. Make an appointment, for although they do accept walk-ins, there is often a considerable wait because people have appointments.

This was the best salon experience ever. No waiting and the owner personally took care of me. She even gave me one of her cards. Will definitely be going here from now on.

Critical: ProfessionalismChecked at home to see if I could make an appointment online, and there were available spots, but I had to stop somewhere else 1st, so I decided to just walk in after that. One lady under the hair dryer, no one else waiting. The girl asks if I have an appointment & I said no. She said unfortunately we are booked. I said that I saw appointments available just a half hour ago & she said “sometimes the online appointments don’t link up”. This is the same thing that happened last time, I don’t know how they stay open. Never anyone in there getting haircuts, but they can never take a walk in. I made an appointment a couple days in advance to have my hair styled on my wedding day. I arrived on time but had to wait about 20 minutes which was a little stressful since it was a jam-packed day for me. The stylist was nice and tried to calm my wedding day nerves. I like how she styled my hair. I told her my eyes are very sensitive to hairspray so she very was careful when applying it. After she finished spraying my hair, she told me she used glitter hairspray. I was surprised. I wish she had told me beforehand because I am not a fan of glitter & I was worried it would look like dandruff in the wedding photos. (It kind of did in some cell phone photos.) I can understand why some brides would like glitter in their hair but it is just not me. Had it not been my wedding day, I probably wouldn’t have cared much. Overall, it was a good experience.
