Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for my son at 2 pm for a 5pm hair cut, I arrived right at 5pm and the lady who was already with a client checked me in and said that someone would be right with me. I waited and waited for 23 minutes and the other employee NEVER showed up. I set a timer for another 6 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt but right when my timer went off I got up and left. Hair stylist and manager SELENA at Cost Cutters from the Harrison and 22nd st. location who supposed to be a MANAGER did an EXTREMELY HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!! When you give her your opinion as to how you want your hair cut or or even give her constructive criticism on how she should cut your hair then she would PURPOSELY CUT YOUR HAIR EVEN SHORTER AND WORST.
