By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hair salon. Went to take my 2 year old to get a hair cut and the service was horrible. Kayla was pushing my sons head down saying be still. She also cut the side of him with clippers and was wondering why he wasn’t having it. It’s your job to be patient. I called back asked to speak to the supervisor and she was even more unprofessional. Stating she saw everything but not once stopped by and offered help or gave me a different route we could have went for the satisfaction of a customer. Very very horrible. To be a licensed cosmetologist and let a customer leave disappointed and standards not met. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible! I should not have to spend money to get a haircut to only have to go home and cut it myself to fix all of the mistakes that were made for an easy cut! They didn’t even know how to properly cut bangs! Staff can be very unprofessional and rude when being told you aren’t happy. It should never have to be a toss up if you are going to be getting good service when you go somewhere you are paying for a service. We will never be back!

She was fun to talk to throughout the entire experience and really listened to everything I wanted from this cut.
