PLEASE BEWARE! Can I give negative stars? I wish! What a terrible experience starting with making the appointment. Seems an employee or someone uses their number after hours and when I called to chat about my appointment I was greeted by the RUDEST human in all of AZ and I called the shop the next day I was told ” yeah a few people let us know thanks” okay well fix it! I go to my appointment with Brittany and all seemed okay until the end when I noticed NOTHING was done to my hair… Not one grey was covered and I paid over $80 plus tip and they won’t even dry it or style it…. HOW CAN YOU TELL IF THE COLOR STUCK OR LOOKS GOOD IF YOU SEND YOUR CLIENTS OFF WITH WET HAIR?!

Asked for straight cut trim on long hair and one side is a half horse shoe. Asked for straight across bangs and it was crooked. One side was an inch longer than the other, no exaggeration, I had to recut them at home and now they are bangin. I don’t understand how she messed up this bad. Brittany cut my hair and while she was extremely nice and personable (A+ customer service). She butchered my hair. Asked for straight cut trim on long hair and one side is a half horse shoe. Maggie gave me the worst haircut I’ve had in my whole 65 years of life. My wife had to spend an hour fixing it and she’s a tech support person NOT a hairstylist, yet she did a better job. I called to speak to the manager Tanya, who I could hear in the background, but she could not take my call. So – we will NEVER return. It cost me $80 for my two daughters to get a cut and style. That’s it. They said it cost more when you don’t bundle. Ugh. Would have been nice to tell me this before I left off the shampoo part! Seriously charge more for less services! That is BS! They’re charging also charging $4 / person for sanitation products! They were rude and indifferent to my complaints and had zero customer service skills. On top of that they kept hitting the masks off my daughter’s ears causing pain and discomfort. Will never go back.

Husband always has had a good haircut here but today found out they are now charging almost $4 sanitizing fee. Didn’t see anything posted about the extra fee. He went to Great Clips a month ago and they were $3 cheaper for the cut and no extra fee so they were almost $7 cheaper.

I wish I could give negative stars. My hair looked great whilst wet, by the time I got home half of my hair looked fine and the other half looked like I got into a fight with a weed whacker. The store was closed by the time I got home and saw the damage. I made a trip back first thing in the morning. This is where I have an issue. The stylist who cut my hair was not there but her coworker who was present the night before was. His name is Jeffrey and he is why I am so upset. I explained that I was not happy with the outcome of my haircut. It was choppy and uneven. Jeffrey argued with me and said my hair was fine and that I used the wrong brush. Brush or not my hair looked horrible, the cuts were so choppy and my hair was not even. He then proceeds to tell me I parted my hair wrong, REACHES OVER THE COUNTER AND TOUCHES MY HAIR WITHOUT PERMISSION! Splits my hair down the the middle, claps his hands and said word for word,”Look, not uneven anymore, problem solved!” I told him that even without a mirror, I can still see the chops in my hair. I asked if he could just fix it and he told me to come back at 9 am the next day and take it up with the stylist that cut my hair. I have never met such an arrogant and rude person. I’m currently reaching out to management about this altercation and I want my money back. They lost a customer, and I will make sure to let everyone know to not go to this location.
