Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment on line for 1:20. When I arrived, I was told I’m supposed to call first to make sure they could take the appointment. Then was offered to wait for her to finish applying color to someone else or come back after 4. When I asked how long that would be and she would not answer. again told me “this is why you’re supposed to call first” with the most unprofessional attitude. I have been going to this location since I was a child and have never been treated with so much disrespect. Nowhere on the app does it recommend calling to verify the appointment and have never needed to call or verify a second time after making an appointment.Made an appointment on line for 1:20. Made an appointment on line for 1:20. When I arrived, I was told I’m supposed to call first to make sure they could take the appointment. Then was offered to wait for her to finish applying color to someone else or come back after 4.
