Called. Was told I needed an appt. Made one for saturday morning. Arrived was asked to wait. While waiting a walk in came stating he did not have an appointment. He ended up going straight back to be cut. I left wont be back. I don’t care who’s turn or who made the appt. If I walk in and people are standing around acting involved with nothing I want my hair cut.

I asked for the lady (I believe her name was Irene) to cut 2 inches off of my hair. She ended up cutting 5-6 inches off and now it’s barely past my shoulders. She was also very demeaning and rude. She practically roasted me for 30 minutes about how “bad” my hair is. Kinda funny, but also insulting lol won’t be going back here. Also, they replied and said they would have the manager contact me and they never did.

The only problem was the hair stylist didn’t want to cut my hair. So another stylist stepped up and cut my hair. He took care of me . And I made sure I gave him a $10.00 tip for his trouble. The stylist that would not help me thought that I was sick.

I was hesitant to go to another hairdresser away from home. I was just so tired of my dull, drab, grey hair and the fact that my hair is thinning so badly. I called and asked if I could get in with someone last Thursday. They were very accommodating and I was able to go in, got a colour and a cut. Very happy with the results at the salon, even happier a week later, as my new subtle blonde is lovely and my hair has so much more body! Of course, there is no more hair but it looks so much better and is much easier to style!

Pretty good, you get what you pay for. But for the money I was happy. If you need a basic cut you’re safe. I had long hair cut off to a short cut that ended up being too short despite the conversation. It was convenient but next time will find a more experienced salon for more money.
