I guess my other post went for the other store in the foothills. I go between both because my hairdresser works between both. I’m confident that most of them are good at what they do. I’ve been going for about 3 years and I’m partial to Tommie. Both locations have some good people. The cost is fair, but recently inflation has made the on sale product expensive. That should change eventually.

Please for once trust the Reviews! I went in and a lady told me they were not open yet 25 minutes later another worker walks in and I check and the place has been open for 55 minutes now and when I walk in to ask what’s up the lady ask the coworker of hers who just walk in if she could cut my hair because she felt she could do better and I just wanted a HAIRCUT nothing special! This place is horrible they Literally never pick up the phone and when they do they are booked but it’s just a lie They get paid by the hour so it’s nothing to them if there’s no customers. Plus they always mess up my hair and yet I go back hoping someone different will do better when I do get someone good there usually not working there anymore when i go back… and they ALWAYS ALWAYS tell me mid haircut ( REMEMBER WERE A SALON NOT A BARBERSHOP) like seriously!! Like they know there going to f up! Stay away if you can.I give 0 stars but it’s not an option.

I booked online Friday AM for Saturday Noon. When I arrived, they said they were full booked and I didn’t have an appt…yet I have the confirmation on my phone. What a waste of time to offer online booking if no one checks to see new appts or updates appt times! Won’t go back!! Edited to add that this is NOT the first time this has happened. Yes, Tommie said he’s stay late IF I wanted to return 6 hrs later! Why bother with a system that you either don’t check or just isn’t working! And YES….I did have an actual confirmation as one of you ask if I’d hit ‘confirm’. Sad.
