I appreciated that Cost Cutters respects their customers right to keep their marks on during the hair cuts. Due to my immune deficiencies my PCP advised me to not get vaccinated for the Flu, Pneumonia, or Covid 19. So after 20 months of avoiding hair salons I finally decided that the Stylists being vaccinated would lessened any exposure.

Lost a star because last week I went in for a hair cut. Had to call to get an appointment, which I prefer. When I go to check out, & at no other time, I was told there was a $3.95 disinfecting fee. Pooh, I was not happy. This should be mentioned when making an appointment.

Walked in at 545 to get a hair cut and wash and was told “sorry, our drawer is closed”. One of the most concerning issues was that all of the employees were sitting down and chatting. Not cleaning, not counting drawers, just talking. The open sign was on however it was clear they did not want to gain a new customer. Unfortunately, there wasn’t even a “welcome in” but luckily for us they showed their customer service once we walked in. It was clearly non-existent so, no haircut today from them. We drove across the street and received excellent customer service.
