I had a horrible experience. I went in for a blond root touch up and Abeer did dark brown, when she finally realized that she messed up she called her manager, and the manager did absolutely nothing. She went to wash out the brown and lost control of the water and squirted me all over, got soap in my eyes, then handed me a dry towel, when she was bleaching out the brown the stuff she put in my hair turned hard and crusty and it stung, I wanted it washed out immediately and she argued with me to leave it in for 20 minutes, we needed up washing my hair out and she squirted me with water again and didn’t apologize for anything that happened, I have been going there for 18 years, and this will be the last time me or my family ever come here again. The staff there needs to be trained or tested again before being trusted with someone’s hair.

This was my first time getting my son (10 yrs old) a haircut since living in AZ. I normally just take clippers to it and cut it all off, but he wanted something “different”. I scheduled an appointment with Bernice and looked forward to the haircut. Walking in we felt very welcomed and relaxed in the atmosphere. I told Bernice to do whatever my son wanted, just as long as he was happy. She was amazing!!! She asked him questions to make sure he was getting the haircut he hoped for. When she was finished, it turned out just as I had imagined it in my head! He looked so much more grown up and handsome. When we left, my son asked if she could be his “regular lady” that always cuts his hair. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Bernice!

I want to preface this by saying that sometimes I walk away from haircuts feeling not the happiest I’ve ever felt, so I often feel apprehension before getting my hair cut. But I walked away with the exact cut and style I was hoping for when Daphne cut my hair. Every time I’ve looked in the mirror since then, I’ve felt very grateful and appreciative of both her level of skill and her attentiveness to what I was asking to be done. Because it is perfect! It’s spot-on what I was asking/looking for. She is quite obviously a highly skilled professional with a superior knack for understanding her clients’ needs, and I’m also grateful for the kind and friendly atmosphere she creates because I enjoyed simply conversing with her during my visit as well. 5+ stars for Daphne! Thank you!!

Stephanie is the bomb!! Stephanie is the Manager who’s very nice, professional, personable and can style your hair just as you like. Very nice, bright and clean salon. Nice atmosphere as everyone is nice. I went to several Great Clips close to my house and no one could cut my hair straight and I have as straight and baby fine hair as anyone person can have. It’s work the 20-30 minute drive for me!!

Absolutely the best staff!!! They are so friendly and put you first. The manager is the best!!! She is always willing to help her staff out. I have never left more satisfied with my hair than when I go here. Stephanie has been doing my hair for years now and she is amazing!!! I highly recommend this location!

I have NO IDEA why anyone would give this place and it’s management a bad review. I will have been going there with my 2 boys for about 6 mos. (A visit every 6 to 8 weeks) they always give us great service and are very accommodating. The salon is clean organized and the staff is courteous and professional. In addition the give a military discount. (I’m retired Army and really appreciate it ) I would recommend this salon to anyone who asks. I’ve lived in anthem about 3 1/2 yrs and see a lot of negative spiteful reviews. Giant Rustic Pizza is one. (They are great by the way. I dine there often) my opinion is if you don’t like a business or the way they serve you then just don’t patronize them anymore.
