i came into the salon on 10-08-22 to purchase design line products and hairspray. the salon was out of hairspray, some things never change. i have history in this salon and when i walked in the women blondish bob about 5’7 was short with me and not interested. she’s worked there for years, she’s really not interested in catching up or making a $200.00 sale. that’s why i asked for rob. i asked her why she was being so freaking short with me? i just left and i didn’t have time to go to ustick and 5 mile nor did i want too. i’ll take my business to ulta in las vegas. i really do like the design line products but i can use biolage. i wanted to rate the employee with zero stars to get her attention, as when i asked for her name, she told me “I DON’T HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME!” i read a prior review blaming eva??? are you sure it’s not your stylist.

Donna did an amazing job. I walked in with a photo feeling unsure exactly what I wanted, but described to her all the quirks of my hair and my expectations for styling it afterwards. She NAILED it and knew how to handle my hair texture and listened to my needs. We also enjoyed a conversation that will have me coming back to her. Can’t wait for my next haircut.

I actually worked at this location. The biggest problem with this business is their district manager, Eva. She has quite a reputation around here with stylists for her poor behavior towards them. A bonus is that the stylists are great! Remember they’re human too.

This salon is FANTASTIC! Kali is so amazing at cutting hair, but that’s only half the service! She is so great at carrying on and engaging with me during my haircut! She is so sweet and definitely doesn’t forget who you are or what you last talked about no matter how long it had been since my last visit! Everyone in the salon is friendly and cares about you.
